Technical Project Lead (remote)

Job description

Oven Bits is seeking a Technical Project Lead to guide clients + manage projects towards successful software builds, feature releases and digital transformation. Beyond project plans and weekly facilitation, it’s important for this person to effectively lead a remote team, communicate well with enterprise-level clients and have a genuine enthusiasm for their craft!

We’re looking for someone who understands not only what to build...but how to determine what to build, the order to build it in, potential gotchas on projects, large-scale software platforms and how to get things done. Prior Experience

  • Software Agency Experience: minimum of 3 years experience working at a software agency
  • Project Management Experience: managed a minimum of 5 projects
  • Web and Mobile Apps: project managed both types
  • Budget Size: has managed at least 2 projects with a $500k budget or more
  • Technical Understanding: strong understanding of APIs and projects with 3rd party integrations
  • Nice to Have: has managed at least 2 re-platforms or 1 digital transformation initiative
